Power Shake

Power Shake
Serves 2

1/4 c. plain Greek yogurt
1/2 c. frozen mixed fruit (I like triple berry)
1/2 banana
1 Tbs. ground flax seed
2 tsp. chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 c. fresh orange juice or apple juice

Directions: Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until well combined. The chia seeds in this add a tremendous pop to the drink. It is thick and delicious!
